With the rapid development of highway construction,carbon mudstone slope protection has become more and more prominent.Currently,carbonaceous mudstone slope protection commonly used in hanging net sprayed concrete and mortar rubble slope protection,although can effectively protect such soft rock slope,but a far cry from the concept of environmental protection in highway construction.And the existing soft rock slope ecological protection mainly focus in the creation of the growth of vegetation and landscape effect,ignore the soft rock slope of vegetation protection of weathering and denudation and shallow stability problems,has become a major bottleneck in the carbonaceous mudstone slope ecological protection.In this paper,Guangxi Liuzhai to Hechi highway based on around the carbonaceous mudstone disintegration characteristics,modified by silicone,soil curing mechanism of curing agent and ecological slope protection research,through a large number of laboratory tests and theoretical analysis of carbonaceous mudstone Cut slope ecological solid technical research,achieved the following:1)Disintegration mechanism by indoor simulation and theoretical analysis of carbonaceous mudstone,the carbonaceous shale disintegration properties was studied by using the fractal theory.Experimental study of carbonaceous mudstone disintegrate particle distribution and particle size distribution fractal dimension,obtained carbonaceous mudstone natural disintegration fractal dimension is stable shiver of D = 2.0898.2)The silicone surface curing agent was developed.Through to film before and after coating hydrophobicity,firmness and waterproof and rock-like particles free expansion and disintegration of block disintegration of the contrast test of soft rock surface coating modification effect.With organic silicon as curing agent,curing treatment on the surface of Carbon Mudstone Slope to prevent water and air from entering into its interior and cause its weathering and disintegration,so as to ensure the stability of the slope.3)The polymer soil stabilizer was developed,and its optimum dosage was determined.By soil stabilizer on the unconfined compressive strength,shear strength,anti-erosion,water stability test,developed a polymer soil stabilizer on improving water stability and anti-erosion ability of new soil ecological slope protection,to obtain the modified soil the best content in the solid polymer agent is 2%.4)Experimental study on properties of modified soil by the addition of polypropylene fiber in modified soil to improve the soil resistance to deformation,studies show that: whenthe polypropylene fiber content is 6 ‰,adding fiber modified soil after the unconfined compressive strength,shear strength greatly improve.5)Proposed ecological protection methods carbonaceous shale and other soft rock,namely carbonaceous mudstone slope reinforcement,surface cure,solid carrying soil(soil stabilizer),ecological slope protection,field test has been very good application in Guangxi liu-he highway.
