With the acceleration of the process of China's rapid economic development and urbanization, the utility of the ground does not satisfy residents' demand. Consequently, it is a trend to develop the underground in urban area. However, this development promoted a series of problems in foundation pit engineering, for example , the design and construction of deep foundation pit, Pit Supporting, and so on .With the solution of these problems, the pit engineering Technology has been greatly promoted. Double row pile retaining structure has the overall stiffness, small lateral displacement and convenient and so on. In this paper, a foundation pit project in XiaMen is taken as the research object, study the mechanism of double-row piles,analyze the internal forces distribution law of supporting structure,analyze the stress and deformation of Double row pile with prestressed anchor cables by geotechnical centrifugal model test. the main conclusions are the followings:(1)collecting and Researching large number of papers which are related on Double-row pile retaining structure,detailing various models and theories.The calculation model based on elastic foundation beam method and soil arch theory is discussed emphatically.(2) The site monitoring of double row piles in a foundation pit project in Xiamen was carried out, and the monitoring results were analyzed and studied, and the corresponding conclusions were obtained.(3) The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulate the support of the project, the simulation results are compared with the field monitoring results. The results show that the numerical simulation can effectively reflect the actual situation of the project,the relevant data have a high degree of consistency.(4) Keeping the initial condition, to change row spacing,then record and arrange the data to draw the moment and displacement diagram along the pile body,seeking the optimal parameters of double-row piles to design.(5) Through centrifugal model tests, obtained the bending moment regularities of support .The centrifugal model tests results are compared with the simulation results,and results showed the bending law of the two tends to be consistent.
