Our wind power technology is increasing,but there are many areas still lags far behind many European and North American countries.In conventional wind turbines and network technology,essentially the power electronics inverter technology,but at present most sophisticated inverter technology are used in large power systems.There are still some technical difficulties inverter technology for distributed energy.Mainly because of distributed energy electrical energy is intermittent and fluctuation amplitude and frequency are larger.The key point of the wind power generation and network technologies that power grid conditions,that the grid frequency,voltage and phase angle(angle cut)is consistent with a large grid.Process Wind Power Generation:the synchronous generator speed wind speed changes,resulting in frequency,voltage change of power,the first wind generator input is rectified to DC,and then filtered through the middle as the inverter input,the final control of the inverter will power conversion frequency,constant voltage alternating current fed into the grid.Wind Power Generation mechanical method and frequency control technology is the subject of this research.In this paper,the EMCVT(purely electronic continuously variable transmission)as the frequency of wind power machinery mechanical parts,and then develop a mechanical frequency control system.Focus of this paper is to study and develop a control system that automatically controls the output speed to output stable frequency.The main research work is as follows:Through the study of the working principle of wind power research and wind turbine operating characteristics,a method of frequency control of wind turbine mechanical EMCVT resolved,through the study of the structure and a shift EMCVT principle of establishing the corresponding ratio control model and clamping force control model,and proposed control scheme corresponding output power frequency to determine the characteristics of the input and output signals,we developed a single-chip microprocessor control system EMCVT.By the laboratory and on site commissioning EMCVT the cone position,ratio and other parameters of calibration and data analysis and processing.Can prove:EMCVT of overload,control flexibility,can avoid technical problems currently inverter grid in existence when used in power inverter;ratio control model established can achieve better power system frequency control requirements;the development of the control system can achieve three-way frequency signals,collecting 4 analog signals,it is possible to achieve a preset constant frequency output,its input speed signal acquisition relative accuracy better than 1.68%,ratio control accuracy higher than 5%,EMCVT output speed control accuracy is over 96%...
