Is composed of anchorage of suspension bridges?main cable?the main tower and stiffening girder as the main bearing component of high order statically indeterminate flexible structure.It's a lot of construction process?the craft is intricate?construction technique?high accuracy and large construction risk.How about its construction whole process system and effective risk management and control?The construction of all kinds of difficult to control the key technology of node,How to make scientific,comprehensive and effective risk control application?These are the research questions of this thesis.In this thesis,taking a single span simply supported by LiangQing bridge at Nanning city(anchor steel and mixed composite girder suspension bridge)as the project background,The soil nailing on slope excavation construction of large deep foundation pit construction risk is extremely high,the risks are extremely hard to control;Using block layered casting gravity anchorage of high requirement of temperature control of mass concrete,concrete quality control difficulty is hard.Using cross cable crane cantilever construction of steel girder segment manufacturing linear calculation and processing high accuracy requirement and its site of installation and alignment are extremely hard to control,once the status of construction deviation from the theoretical calculation results,even reasonable to subsequent construction smoothly into the realization of the bridge state produce irreversible non-controllable risk.The existing features,Reflected this bridge,the necessity of analysis of systematic construction of risk control and working condition of each major in the process of its construction process and the key technology of node in risk control unique research value of application.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Elaborated the necessity of the suspension bridge construction risk identification method and its process;Analysis of suspension bridge construction risk estimate probability model and consequence estimation method;Introduces the suspension bridge construction risk assessment standards,the hierarchy and establishing the accepted standard process;Expounds the methods of the suspension bridge construction risk response,the decision principles and decision process,and get its decision-making guide etc;(2)This paper puts forward to establish suspension bridge construction risk management and control system of thought,The traditional passive construction risk analysis and early warning measures,Upgrade for the construction of the system is efficient,active unified operation risk management and control integration.And on this basis,taking a steel-mixed composite beam suspension bridge as the background,And on the basis of constructing the nanning LiangQing bridge construction risk control system.For it one by one of three key condition of the study of construction risk management and control;(3)Based on the analysis software BNLAS suspension bridge main cable system,Establish LiangQing calculation model of bridge main cable system for the bridge strand and sling data without stress blanking length and the length error of risk has carried on the corresponding control application research;Software based on the ministry of communications SBCC and the large general software MIDAS CIVIL,whole model established LiangQing bridge construction process simulation analysis,Under various operating conditions for the bridge's theory of linear and internal force of the data and check each other,and the steel girder manufacture accordingly risk has carried on the detailed control applied research of linear error;(4)Based on cable force influence matrix and the method of frequency and the intrinsic characteristics of the suspension bridge anchor span strand,put forward the "single completed a wide range of rope,timely tracking correction of modifier" uniformity of tension anchor span adjustment scheme,Further analysis explains the theoretical foundation of the scheme and site operation method,And on the basis of risk across the bridge anchor tension uniformity for the scientific and efficient control research.
