In recent years,the application of long-span reinforced concrete arch structure is more and more widely,in addition to the traditional highway Bridges,in the application of the water conservancy industry also promotes gradually,is one of the more common have a bearing on arch aqueduct.In this paper,based on the world’s largest span reinforced concrete arch aqueduct-Longchang aqueduct,from the main arch ring configuration control,suspension buckle to hang the completed construction of optimizing the two aspects of cantilever construction process of construction and the key techniques of reinforced concrete arch are studied.Main work includes:(1)The development status of cantilever construction method is summarized,based on the cantilever construction method of comparison and analysis of some key process characteristics in,illustrates the research level 200 m cantilever shape control and access to the necessity of reasonable construction completed.(2)Starting from the basic theory of configuration control,combining with the actual engineering background.Discusses the segmental precast-a quarter of the measures to improve production efficiency in the process of long-term method of precast technology.And based on a quarter long term method and making preliminary allocation way of camber,deduced the arch arc at the bottom of the horizontal segmented catenary equation.Calculate according to the arch ring downwarping factors make camber,using the equation to calculate the horizontal section Longchang aqueduct production line.(3)Based on ground simulated laser 3 d scanning technology segments splice results,analyzes the technical characteristics of the method,pointed out that the technology used in reinforced concrete precast segmental splice the advantages and limitations of simulation.For the technology application of steel structure prefabrication segment post-processing provide basis and reference.(4)By analyzing the influence factors of the construction of the prefabricated camber,in combination with the practical situation of cantilever Longchang field aqueduct process,it is concluded that the Longchang field aqueduct construction camber beforehand to ignore the current segment and the conclusion of the influence of construction load,based on the above conclusion,put forward the suitable for Longchang field aqueduct construction camber expression formula,and load are established by using finite element software,the iterative model,calculation of the aqueduct is suitable for the Longchang have a construction camber.(5)Based on the idea of multi-objective optimization,set up cable force,stress and buckle arch ring tower deviation of multi-objective optimization mathematical model.Discrete feasible solution set,step by step to speed up the iterative optimization efficiency of the completed construction of finite element is installed,get a set of reasonable construction completed,Longchang field aqueduct stress and buckles offset control results verify the feasibility of the method.
