Wind power,photovoltaic power generation in Shanxi Province,the installed capacity of power systems has reached about 15%.Although its almost zero emission characteristics for the energy-saving emission reduction and environmental protection have brought great benefits,but because of wind power,photovoltaic power generation with intermittent,volatility and other characteristics of its day and longer time scale power forecast There is still a big error.Large-scale intermittent new energy and power to the stable operation of the power system has brought great challenges,especially in the wind power,photovoltaic power generation priority to accept the policy conditions,how to accept more new energy,while ensuring the safety of the power system,Economic operation is the current power system scheduling problems to be solved.The main work of this paper is as follows:A new scheduling model is proposed to optimize the spinning reserve of the peak and valley time system.The model adds the fastest reserve capacity of the system under the goal of minimizing the overall cost of the system.It only optimizes the fast spare capacity in the system under the premise of sacrificing some economic benefits and improves the system response Rapid power fluctuations in the ability to a certain extent increased the ability to predict external wind power,photovoltaic capacity.An "average peeling method" for hydro-thermal dispatching is proposed.The problem is decoupled by dividing the water and electricity load,so that the combined operation of water and electricity is transferred into the internal load distribution of water and electricity,which reduces the difficulty of calculation.At the same time,it clarifies the task of sharpening hydropower,which is beneficial to the effective utilization of hydropower resources and the centralized management of dispatching.A two-stage algorithm for load distribution based on enumeration and improved non-dominated genetic algorithm with eliteretention strategy isproposed.In the first stage,only a feasible solution satisfying all the constraints is obtained by a carry enumeration method,and then the initial solution of the improved genetic algorithm is substituted into the second stage to improve the convergence rate of the whole algorithm.A flexible optimization method for multi-time simultaneous optimization is proposed.For the optimization of the target in the previous96 period,the optimization of a period and then the optimization of a period is faster and the processing of the coupling constraints between adjacent periods is better,but the global optimization can not be achieved.If the 96 period is optimized at the same time,the decision variable is large,The convergence of the algorithm put forward a great challenge,it is difficult to get a satisfactory constraint violation error accuracy.Therefore,this paper proposes a flexible optimization method for multi-time simultaneous optimization.According to the optimal number of units,the optimal number of hours is optimized,and the optimization speed and global optimization are taken into account.
