| With the development of industry 4 and "made in C hina of 2025 ",green manufacturing has become a trend.The manufacturing industry must solve an urgent problem which should be considered is the low carbon emission in manufacturing.energy saving,environmental protection and green manufacturing should be written in the development plan of manufacturing industry.In the actual job shop production,the processing speed of the machine,the material of the job and so on all influence the carbon emissions of the manufacturing enterprise.In the flexible job shop scheduling related research both here and abroad mainly focus on solving the proble m of optimization algorithm and other constraints of scheduling related.however,flexible job shop scheduling with low carbon emission constraints rarely.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the flexible job shop scheduling problem with low carbon emissions.In this paper,we first describe the flexible job shop scheduling problem model,and introduce the genetic algorithm.The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the validity of the genetic algorithm is proved.O n this basis,the introduction of low carbon emission parameters,set the machine in different states and machining speed on carbon emissions,through a simulation example shows the feasibility of the flexible job shop scheduling problem model of low carbon emission constraints.Finally,data driven technology is applied to the dynamic flexible job shop scheduling problem,the use of prediction data,analysis of the emergency situation in a certain period of time when the production site possible,finally the validity of several scheduling changes after the update scheduling scheme to verify the dynamic scheduling model is given.The innovation of this paper mainly from the modeling of flexible job shop scheduling problem of low carbon emission constraints on the classical scheduling problem,introduced low carbon emission parameters,increase the job loading and unloading time,considering the difference of carbon emissions,and restart the machine idle processing state machine,considering the processing speed of carbon emissions,make the problem more close to actual production.Then I combine data driven technology with dynamic scheduling,the emergency verification will adjust the scheduling data,the data driven technology can effectively solve the interference factors of dynamic flexible job shop scheduling of production. |
