Underwater vehicle is an important tool for human beings to carry out various activities of the ocean.Traditionally,the wing surface of the submersible is rigid and fixed,which has the problems of high noise,low efficiency and low operating power of zero speed.In order to overcome these problems,people have been inspired by the birds flying and fish swimming.This paper will be applied to the flexible wing operated submersible manipulation control,using NACA0012 as a flexible wing airfoil manipulation based airfoil,using the FLUENT software,analyzes the influence on the airfoil camber lift,lift and thrust characteristics analysis of the characteristics of flexible airfoil.(1)The model of the flexible wing is established in the middle and high speed.The lift characteristics of 5 degrees,10 degrees,15 degrees,20 degrees,35 degrees,25 degrees,30 degrees,and at the angle of attack at the angle of 40 degrees were calculated.Then,the maximum thickness of the 30% chord position is kept unchanged at 12%,and the maximum camber is set at the position of the chord of the 48.8% chord of 4%,6%,8%,respectively.In view of these three kinds of airfoils,the lift characteristics are simulated under different angles of attack.The comparison shows that the camber of the flexible wing increases the lift coefficient,and the arch has an optimum value.For the model established in this paper,the optimum arch is 6%.(2)A submersible zero speed flexible mechanical manipulation of wing surface model and motion model,using FLUENT dynamic mesh technique,application of DEFINE_GRID_MOTION,the preparation of UDF,the submarine took lift characteristics in the process of water under the condition of zero speed flexible flexible wing surface swing was simulated,and the theoretical value and rigidity manipulation of wing shoot water obtained lift values were compared.The results show that the established mechanical model is more accurate,and the continuous rolling of the airfoil with the flexibility of the airfoil camber is more stable than that of the rigid wing.(3)In the process of rotating water,the flexible wing can not only produce lift force,but also produce thrust.Using the same simulation and zero speed lift characteristics of the thrust characteristic calculation model,results show that the flexible airfoil produces thrust in the rotation process of thrust and shoot water;wing shoot water rotation frequency,the higher the frequency,the greater the thrust.
