With the research and application of intelligent fluid materials,magnetorheological damper which damping force is continuous and adjustable in the landing gear shock absorption has a lot of development room.When the aircraft landing,control system should produce a certain excitation current in a very short period of time to improve the performance of the damping system.And the control system response time is less than 10 ms.In this paper,modeling and simulation of fuzzy PID controller,control system hardware circuit part and software part of the design and other issues were analyzed and studied.The main content is showe:(1)Simulation and analysis of Fuzzy PID controller: The simulation model of fuzzy PID controller is established.And combining with the previous task group established landing gear magneto-rheological damper system model to verify the correctness of the fuzzy PID controller model.(2)Design of control system hardware circuit and software: Design The control system hardware circuit include: signal acquisition,signal conditioning,signal processing and current drive circuit,etc.And the accuracy of current is controlled and optimized using the current feedback way in the hardware circuit.The control system software is designed with combining the main program and various subroutines.In order to improve the accuracy of the control algorithm,the software filtering is adopted to eliminate the signal noise and interference.By debugging of the controller on-line,the loop current control of the MR damper coil can be achieved.(3)The experimental results show that the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the controller hardware circuit are better.The response time of the control system is less than 8ms,and the output current is 0 ~ 2A.
