The damaged aircraft trailer is an important vehicle in the process of airport emergency rescue.It is used for moving the damaged aircraft quickly to restore the airport to the normal operation as soon as possible when the aircraft accident happens due to man-made or weather reasons.The suspension system is one of the key systems of the trailer,which plays the role of supporting,leveling and buffering the impact of the road surface.Hydraulic suspension is adopted in the trailer,and its performance determines the performance of the trailer directly.Therefore,it is very meaningful to research the hydraulic suspension system of the trailer.In this paper,the design,analysis,simulation,parameter analysis and optimization of the hydraulic suspension system of trailer are conducted.The detailed contents are presented as follows:1.Design and analysis of suspension hydraulic system.At first,the structure and the main function of suspension system is analyzed;according to the working requirements of heavy rated load and good maneuverability,the hydraulic suspension system is designed based on the load sensing technology,and the main characteristics of the system are analyzed;and then the main components of the system are selected that offer foundation for the modeling and simulation of the system.2.Modeling and Simulation of hydraulic suspension system.Firstly,the mathematical modeling and simulation analysis of the load sensing pump are carried out to verify the main characteristics of the pump.The AMESim simulation model of hydraulic suspension system is simulated under various conditions.The results show that the load sensing system can match the load and present well operating characteristics.3.The co-simulation of the hydraulic suspension system.The hydraulic system model and multi-body dynamics model of trailer are established in consideration of its nonlinear characteristics and the tyre characteristics,the co-simulation interface between software is set up and the co-simulation trailer model is established.The simulation results show that the hydraulic suspension has better dynamic performance than the traditional one.4.Analysis and optimization of hydraulic suspension parameters.Based on the co-simulation model,DOE(Design of Experiment)is adopted to analyze the parameter of hydraulic suspension.The relation between dynamic performance of the trailer and main parameters of its hydraulic suspension is analyzed through co-simulation.An optimal design model is established based on Genetic Algorithm and its objective function with the vehicle body vertical acceleration of the weighted root mean square(RMS)is defined.The resultshows that the weighted RMS acceleration is reduced by 26.1% and 31.6% under the input of random road and impulses of road surface respectively.The vehicle body acceleration power spectral density decreases significantly,the vehicle stability performance is improved.
