| Under the environments of intelligent manufacturing equipment and e-commerce,as well as,along with the rising of people’s requiring level,modern enterprises must set personalized demand of customers as the foothold of the product.Now,a lot of industries have put into online personalized customized services gradually.However,at present,online personalized customized services have met some problems of difficulty for requirement management,low efficiency of customization and poor ability of real-time interaction.To solve these problems above,this thesis has carried out on the following aspects:(1)For the complexity of the product structure,the multi-factor coupling method is proposed.Product elements and properties have diversity.Different requirements can change product elements and properties.By analysis of coupling mechanism between or within elements,products can be quickly configured through coupling rules and constraints rules.(2)For aiming at the difficulty of customer demand management,demand management method based on ontology is proposed.Firstly,the OWL ontology is used to construct the ontology of personalized customer requirements,which can solve the two semantic problems of requirement description.Secondly,the text of customer demand is analyzed,standardized and the fuzzy variables of customer requirements are identified;Finally,the parametric model of the product is obtained by retrieving the ontology.(3)In order to improve the response speed,a fast configuration method based on 3D model is proposed.Based on the working principle of 3D model,the integrated product model,multi-level three dimensional skeleton model and product configuration model are established;After receiving the functional parameters of the customer requirements,the different functional modules are instantiated;Then,according to the configuration process and configuration rules,the product model is set up on the 3D skeleton model.(4)In view of the poor ability of interaction,this thesis will apply VRML technology to product customization.By studying on virtual modeling technology and virtual scene technology,it put forward the customer and product interaction mechanism and implementation methods,to achieve customer real-time browsing and driver changes.Finally,the customization of the car as an example has developed the system prototype to verify the validity of the technical method. |
