The lens array is composed of a series of lenses with the same aperture size,arranged on the base surface according to certain distribution rules,used in optical communication,optical sensing,optical information,photovoltaic,light display and automotive lighting systems.Due to the limitations of equipment and technology,lens array production and processing technology has always been a technical problem faced by people.Especially the application of lens array gradually from the plane lens array to the direction of the surface lens array development,the traditional flat lens array ultra-precision machining technology has been unable to meet the surface lens array preparation process requirements.The research work of this paper is based on the above background,with the typical concave spherical lens array as the research object,first in the traditional diamond fast tool servo turning platform based on the increase of rotating B axis,and the use of piezoelectric ceramic driven high frequency micro-feed.The tool is used as a tool set for the fast tool,and then the tool path of the curved lens array tool is planned and optimized.Finally,the machining experiment of the curved lens array is realized by using the built-in platform.The main contents of the thesis include:(1)FTS processing platform to build: in view of the special requirements of curved lens array processing,compared with the flat lens array fast tool servo processing of the feed method,proposed the use of rotary tool instead of straight tool to achieve the surface of the base lens array ultra-precision FTS processing.In the original diamond FTS processing machine on the basis of increasing the rotation of the B axis,a reasonable choice of the shaft drive and support form,complete the surface lens array FTS processing platform hardware and software and control system structures.(2)The construction of the tooling platform of the fast tool is as follows: considering the special requirements of the processing of the curved lens array,the paper puts forward the ultra precision cutting tool processing of the curved base lens array by using the rotary tool instead of the straight thread.In the original fast tool servo machine on the basis of the increase in the rotation of the B axis,a reasonable choice of the shaft drive and support form,complete the surface lens array fast tool servo processing platform hardware and software and control system structures.(3)Processing platform test and processing experimental study: commissioning and completion of the processing platform to build the processing platform of the linear axis,rotary axis for accuracy and performance testing;and then the different materials of the physical processing test,completed the aluminum alloy and PMMA material surface.The actual processing of the lens array,the basic accuracy of the processing parts and surface quality testing and optical performance testing,the experimental results verify the entire processing system and the feasibility of the proposed method for the follow-up research work has laid a good foundation.
