With the rapid development of the national economy,The traditional fossil energy consumption is becoming increasingly tense,The electricity is demand for increasing.The pumped energy storage hydro power plant can satisfy the adjust the frequency and phase?peaking the valley?emergency accident reserve,Its role in the power grid is becoming more and more important.It is estimated that by 2020 we needs to build 40~60 million K ilowatts of pumped storage power station in C hina.Dun Hua pumped energy storage hydro power plant located in the cold regions of the C hina northeast,Winter is cold and long.In order to ensure the health requirements of power station staff and the normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment,Effective Ventilation and Air Conditioning programs and airflow orga nization is very important in underground plant.This paper based on the similar theory and heat Archimedes model law,We built of 1/20 Model Test Bench of Dun Hua pumped energy storage hydro power underground plant.According to the test task designed Mode l structure?test system?analog heat source system and model supply and exhaust system,After that we research on Ventilation and Air Conditioning and Heating Scheme model of underground power plant.The main research results are as follows:Firstly,this paper analysis temperature and speed in the underground power plant and bus tunnel by researching 2species arrangement of Ventilation and Air Conditioning.Research indicates that the busbar floor air supply should wind from the upstream side of the generator layer,the volute floor air supply should wind from the downstream side of the generator layer,which can improve the uniformity of the temperature distribution of the main plant,Avoiding the turbine layer?volute layer "air dead zone" appears.Then we carried out the winter heating conditions of the main plant air supply program research,2 kinds of heating air supply scheme of generator layer was carried out by model test.Research indicates that the total air volume of the generator layer is constant,the ratio of the air supply 1L volume of the dome and the return air 2L volume of the busbars is not significant to the temperature and speed distribution of the main plant and busbars in the winter heating.Secondly,According to the model test result of Air Conditioning and Heating we analysis the main plant air conditioning season design conditions for“dome air supply temperature is 20.00??air volume is 168000m3/h”?Heating season design conditions for“dome air supply temperature is 5??air volume is 168000m3/h?busbars return air volume is 83000m3/h”.After that we analysis the design conditions of the main plant in the cavern working area temperature and speed in summer and winter.Then,this paper researched the use of dome uniform air supply underground power plant underground power plant when the generating units in part of the power generation operating conditions we can reduce dome air volume to increase energy saving effect of ventilation and air conditioning sys tem.We analysis the temperature and speed of the generator layer in the working area of the generator with different vaults is studied at 25%,50% and 75% of the capacity of the generator set.The results show that for the underground main power plant with the uniform ventilation of the vault,the number of the regulating valve of the air outlet can be reduced.When the number of generator sets is reduced,the air handling units at both ends of the vault will be adjusted according to the position distribution of the generator set operation mode.At last,According to the test results of summer Ventilation and Air Conditioning and heating conditions in summer and winter,considering the local meteorological conditions and the minimum fresh air demand of the under ground main plant,the paper analyzes the principle and switching conditions of Ventilation?Air Conditioning?Heating conditions of main plant and busbars?yearly thermal environment control strategy?the study of the main plant in the cavern working area full-year average temperature distribution.Based on the study of the temperature field and velocity field distribution of the underground power plant and busbars in the Heating and Air Conditioning conditions of Dun Hua pumped energy storage hydro power plant.This paper analyzes the design method of the heating scheme of the underground main powerhouse of the hydropower station in the cold or colder area,This paper analyzes the operation plan of Ventilation and Air Conditioning of the main powerhouse when the generating unit is in part of the power generation operation condition,and puts forward the strategy of controlling the thermal environment and energy saving and control of the hydropower station in the cold area reference.
