Wind power is a green energy source that has been paid widespread attention as environmental pollution continues to grow around the world and renewable energy is drying up constantly.Wind power is abundant in the north of shaanxi province,and the construction of wind power farms is increasing.The basic construction of wind power is one of the most key link in the construction of wind farms,The northern region in Shaanxi province is with extensive loess distribution large thickness,high grade,which brings certain difficulty to the construction of the wind power base.Therefore,It is of great significance and guiding value for the research on the ground treatment technology of wind turbine in the area.Taking 100 MW project of Shenkouzi windfield in shaanxi as the background,The foundation treatment technology of the collapsible loess of large wind turbine in shaanxi is studied through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test methods.The main work and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,The stress characteristics and key technologies of the foundation of wind turbine are analyzed systematically.The basic mechanical characteristics and the general foundation of wind turbines that casts under vertical load,bending moment,horizontal load and the torque of joint action is different in the process of running.Under complex load,how to meet the basic stability requirement is the key technique of foundation treatment.Secondly,The physical and mechanical parameters of foundation soil can be got through the experimental study on the characteristics of collapsible loess in shaanxi.The collapsibility and the geological conditions are analyzed in evaluation.Based on this,we put forward to advances of concrete filling pile as the main structure form of ground treatment scheme to do theoretical calculation.At the same time,using ABAQUS finite element simulation software,This paper analyzes the different load,different pile length and pile diameter,theinfluence of friction coefficient on the pile settlement.It is concluded the distribution characteristics of pile axial force,stress and strain with load.The results show that the expansion of concrete filling pile construction parameters can satisfy the requirements of foundation bearing.Finally,Based on the foundation treatment of the same pile diameter,Pile length of three types of single pile static load and low strain test,This paper analyzes the influence of different load on pile top settlement.It is concluded that the ultimate bearing capacity of pile vertical standard and its test and calculation results are less than control indicator,which further verifies the parameters selection of concrete filling pile that is scientific and reasonable.It provides scientific basis for the basis of wind turbines in the region for the future similar engineering construction.
