With the gradual depletion of fossil energy and the deterioration of the environment,countries have invariably turned their attention to the large-scale development and utilization of renewable energy.However,due to renewable energy power generation is intermittent and difficult to forecast short-term problems.The large-scale grid consumptive brings a series of challenges to the security and stability and efficient operation,which will severely restrict the large-scale use of renewable energy.In order to effectively solve the problems caused by the large scale grid connected distributed generation,and give full play to its potential,the concept of microgrid is generated in the field of distributed generation technology.Microgrid(Microgrid,MG)is a distributed power,energy storage device,small energy conversion device,load monitoring device and protection device.That is to achieve self-control,protection and management.This paper from the perspective of safety and economy of the microgrid research status analysis of microgrid related research at home and abroad,the model and the intelligent system of all kinds of micro power were analyzed in detail,and the agent is applied to optimal energy management of microgrid,the research constructs the multi-intelligent energy management system based on the body.Consider renewable energy such as wind power and photovoltaic power generation.Because uncertainty before energy optimization of distributed power supply,the research method of fire worm least squares support vector machine based on wind power,photovoltaic power generation and load forecast.Considering fuel cost,maintenance cost and environmental pollution penalty cost and other factors,study the establishment of energy optimization scheduling model of microgrid,and the establishment of supply and demand balance and meet the constraints of the distributed power generation capacity.The particle swarm optimization algorithm,the particle swarm algorithm based on cuckoo and the center gravity optimization algorithm are used to solve the optimization model.Finally,simulation.
