Aerial work truck is a kind of special and large-scale mechanical equipment for highaltitude operation of engineering machinery,and scissor aerial work platform is a type of vertical aerial vehicles.It has characteristics of simple and compact structure,strong carrying capacity and good handling and is widely used in various maintenance,installation,testing,logistics and other fields.Firstly,taking the scissor aerial work platform as the research object,based on APDL parametric modeling language of ANSYS,the finite element model of each component of the scissor aerial work platform is established,and is assembled according to the connection between the parts.Secondly,the rated load boundary condition and the constraint boundary condition are imposed.The finite element global static structure analysis is carried out on the scissor aerial work platform.According to the force of each component,it is judged whether it meets the strength requirement and improve the structures of the components that don't meets the rule.Thirdly,the offset distance caused by partial load of scissor aerial work platform in a variety of heights is analyzed,which outputs the curve of offset distance changing with the height of the platform.Considering two typical conditions,the process of both walking and closing,the anti-tipping stability analysis is carried out on the scissor aerial work platform in the situation of obstacles and sudden stop.Then,by the stress test experiment of the scissor aerial work platform,the results of the stress test are compared with the finite element analysis results,which verifies the correctness of the finite element analysis results.Finally,based on both Visual Basic 6.0 and ANSYS,the auxiliary analysis software of the scissor aerial work platform is developed.The software sets multiple functions,such as parameterization modeling,the static structure analysis,the offset distance analysis,the stability analysis and the automatic generation report.It turns the complex analysis work in ANSYS into the easy operation of visual window.The research of this paper provides a reliable basis for the design and development of the scissor aerial work platform.The auxiliary analysis software also shortens the product's design cycle,and the result has been adopted and used by the enterprise,which has important practical significance.
