Application Research Of The Expert System Of Truck Cab Inspection Based On Fault Tree Analysis

In the automotive quality inspection work,inspection body is one of the very important part of the traditional detection methods are time-consuming and difficult,poor accuracy,efficiency is very low,and the test results are often not used effectively.To solve this problem,the author tries to use the fault tree analysis method to establish the expert system of truck body inspection.This paper discusses the truck body inspection of each part of the expert system,each principle logical relation,data flow,were studied and the inference engine of expert system of truck body test reasoning theory,put forward the truck body inspection expert system design using Delphi software,and the cab leaking this fault as an example and developed a truck body inspection expert system.The author thinks that the expert system of truck body inspection is suitable for truck OEMs and other Host plant,but also can provide some reference for the future development of other expert systems.In this paper,the author mainly studies the following problems:(1)The principle of the expert system for the inspection of truck body is studied,and the inference method and retrieval process of the inference engine are discussed.The reasoning mechanism of the expert system for truck body inspection is discussed.(2)The function of each component in the knowledge base of the expert system,the logical relationship between each other and the principle of data flow are studied.Each module of knowledge base based on fault tree is established.(3)The cab leaking problem of production by the authors,established the basic framework,the cab leak inspection expert system fault tree based on interface.The expert system can make use of expert database for reasoning analysis,and get the corresponding fault diagnosis conclusion.Check the application through the actual work in the cab leaking problem,the expert system can meet the actual needs.
