| Reinforced concrete beam was widely used in building structure of typical in the bending bearing component.It played an important role in the design and application of structure.Given that complexity of internal force in constituent materials of reinforced concrete beam.It usually be damaged in different degree during use that always lead to cracks in usagestage.Research on the cracks help to master the law of internal force change,the way to retroactively strengthen,restrain crack propagation.It could improve bearing capacity of damaged structure and also could increase the service life of structure.Thedegree of damage of reinforced concrete beamsusing mathematics method,observation method,physical experiment simulation of nonlinearultrasonic method,finite element method and reliability theory combined with other methods,the feedback information by extracting characteristic data,image contrast,numerical calculation,evaluation of the damage of reinforced concrete beams.In this paper,the finite element method combined with the reliability theory,physical test and mathematical calculation method are used to analyze the flexural cracking of reinforced concrete beams.First of all,based on the numerical calculation of ANSYS finite element,using the separate finiteelement model to simulate the bending load process of reinforced concrete beam,analyze the ferroconcrete beam’s stressstrain and damage characteristics under bending stress.Then,observe the damage and failure process of the test beam by a ferroconcrete beam bending test,verify the numerical simulation results using examples and analyze the test and the numerical calculation results.Combining the weighed situation of the test beam with thecalculation formula of the most widely used several kinds of cracks.Cracking analysis of comparison between theoretical and experimentalvalues,then choose the most fit the actual crack calculation formula;finally the numerical model of damaged beam on reinforcement materials,analysis of the two force when the whole beam model and the stress distribution and the crack form,evaluation the effect of selected reinforcement technology.The results showed that:ANSYS numerical model can simulate the damage process of reinforced concrete beam more reliably.The crack eigenvalues obtained from the beam damage test are similar to the theoretical calculation,the theoretical and experimental results suggest that the bond slip theory is used to estimate the crack width,and comprehensive crack theory is used to estimate crack gap.The beam‘s numerical model after the treatment of two typical reinforcement techniques has improved the overall performance under the same shortterm secondary load;under the condition of few layers of pasting reinforcement material,CFRP reinforcement effect is better than sticky steel plate reinforcement. |
