Urban rainstorms have intensified in recent years and have become a serious factor that seriously affects China’s urban development. Therefore, it is necessary to use modern computer technology to establish a model for urban rainstorm simulation of urban rainstorm, according to the model calculation results to find the area where the city is prone to waterlogging during the rainstorm and analyze the influencing factors of urban waterlogging Water causes, and then put forward effective measures on the water area. You can provide a strong basis for flood control and drainage, and strive to maximize the reduction of rain caused by waterlogging damage caused by the loss.Based on the collected data, this paper constructs the risk assessment model of rainwater and flood in Yuncheng city center based on DHI MIKE model. The main research results are as follows:(1) Based on Mike Flood, the simulation model of torrential flood in Yuncheng city was established. The results of rainstorm model were validated by measured rainstorm and related waterlogging investigation. The use of the export flow process and the water point of the water depth of the double rate, so that not only can control the overall model parameters, but also part of the sub-catchment area parameters were determined.(2) Using the Yuncheng rainwater model to simulate the waterlogging hazard in the central urban area under different frequency and rainstorm conditions, the drainage capacity was evaluated by node overflow and pipe filling degree. The flood control capacity was assessed by the river flooding, and the surface water depth and water time To assess the waterlogging situation.(3) Set up the risk stratification method of rainwater and waterlogging considering the depth, time and range of water depth, and use the calculation results of four different frequency design rainstorms of 1a, 3a, 5a and 10a to carry out the assessment of waterlogging risk. In order to deal more directly with the flooding and flooding in the downtown area of the city, this paper provides the risk profile of the four flood scenarios according to the established risk stratification method.(4 ) The water depth - loss rate of buildings and roads was suitable for Yuncheng city center which was established respectively, using GIS to superimpose the waterlogging seeper distribution of different frequency storms and urban buildings and roads, calculating the loss of waterlogging disaster of different building types and roads.
