A high-rise building structure in Shenzhen coastal area has been studied by the autors to study the computational methods of wind-induced response in this dissertation.Based on the AR theory,simplified and refined method are used to simulate the normal wind load time histories corresponding to the three wind velocity spectrums,it is shown that the simplified simulation method has higher computational efficiency and its along-wind computational results are in good agreement with the test results,while the across-wind computational results got by the refined simulation method are in good agreement with the test results.Based on the measured data,time varying AR method was used to simulate non-stationary wind load time history of Typhoon "Dujuan".Computational results of wind-induced response of a high-rise building in Shenzhen caculated by using two standard methods?time history analysis method?frequency domain method(CQC method)are compared with the computational results under the experimental wind load.The results showed that Wind Load Codes of Hong Kong area is more convenient and practical than that in the mainland of China and its computational rusults are close to analysis results obtained by wind tunnel tests.The interference effect between buildings has little influence on the wind-induced response of the structure;The computational results of the simplified wind load are more close to the computational results under the experimental wind load than the results under the refined wind loads in this paper.The peak values of wind-induced response corresponding to Davenport wind spectrum are the largest and the analysis results corresponding to Kaimal wind spectrum and Karman wind spectrum are relatively small,the analysis results of wind-induced response corresponding to the wind load time history of Typhoon “Dujuan” are less than the computational results obtained by Chinese Code.To carry out the parametric analysis of structural wind-induced vibration,the research indicated that: a wind load time history sample can meet requirements foreach wind speed spectrum when using dynamic time history analysis method to analyze the along wind-induced response of the structure.The amplification coefficient of wind load coupling effect on the structural displacement and the bending moment of the foundation is only related to the structural characteristics and the amplification coefficient of the top acceleration response is affected by the structural characteristics and the wind load.The proposal peak value of structural top acceleration in this paper are larger than the value of the peak factor in Chinese Load Code.The static elastic-plastic analysis of wind-induced response of the structure under the wind loads in the mainland of China was done,it is suggested to increase the reinforcement of the coupling beams and shear walls of the structure properly.
