Polyurethane-steel plate sandwich structure is a composite sandwich structure formed by injecting a polyurethane material between two steel plates and firmly bonded with the inner surface of the steel plate by the elastomeric core material.With excellent impact resistance,sandwich plate has been widely used in the traffic,aviation and military.In recent years,the accident of ship-bridge collision has attracted people's attention.In this dissertation,the application of polyurethane-steel plate sandwich structure with excellent impact resistance has been studied in the field of bridge anti-collision facilities.The effect of stiffening ribs on the anti-collision performance of the anti-collision box is discussed by means of numerical calculation method.In this dissertation,a large number of literatures are reviewed,and the calculation theory and development trend of ship-bridge collision problem are summarized.This dissertation summarizes the working principle,scope of application of various types of bridge anti-collision facilities at home and abroad,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.Then,based on the engineering,the finite element model is established by ANSYS,the material parameters and boundary conditions are set reasonably.The equivalent static load is used to simulate the impact of the ship.By changing the setting ways of the stiffeners in the box,the influence of the horizontal stiffening ribs,the vertical stiffening ribs and the both ribs are discussed respectively.The stress and displacement of the cases are analyzed by changing the number and width of the stiffeners,the thickness of the inner and outer steel plates and the thickness of the polyurethane core in different impact positions.The rules between the parameters and the performance of the box are obtained.The results show that the horizontal and vertical stiffeners can reduce the stress of the inner and outer steel plates and the displacement of the box,but the anti-collision effect of the horizontal and vertical stiffeners is better than that of the horizontal or vertical stiffeners alone.The stress of the outer steel plate is always larger than that of the inner steel plate,and the stress of the outer surface of the steel sheet is different.The stress distribution on the inner surface of the steel is more special.The transverse stress distribution in the horizontal and the vertical stress distribution in the vertical are drastic tension and compression stress.The thickness and width of the stiffener can reduce the inner and outer steel stress of box and rib itself.When the impact position moves horizontally and vertically,the distribution law of the stress distribution cloud of the box is basically the same as that of the positive collision,but the value of the stress is reduced.With the increase of the impact angle ? or ?,the stress of the collision area is reduced at different degrees.The thickness of the steel plate and polyurethane layer can reduce the stress of the box,the former for the reduction of stress and displacement is better than the latter.
