In the history of the development of the cable-stayed bridge,multi-pylon cable-stayed bridge started relatively late.At present,the study of the design and construction of multi-pylon cable-stayed bridge is still immature at home and abroad,there are some new problems which need to study in the modern bridge construction process.Based on the River-to-Sea Ship Channel Bridge of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as the engineering background,the study on the construction control and the key technology of the three-pylon steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with mixed construction method has been done with finite element software of Midas/Civil and ABAQUS.The study content mainly includes four parts,as follow:The first is the fabrication profile calculation and analysis of steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with mixed construction method.In this paper,we study the fabrication profile calculation of steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with mixed construction method,which includes the large segment hoisting at the side span,full framing assemble,the long cantilever hoisting and installation at the mid-span,the section free cantilever erection and installation and so on.The calculation method applies to practical engineering,which makes the linear of cable-stayed bridge meet the design and specification requirements.Secondly,it's about the construction control of the manufactory and offshore lifting of the 3000-ton integral steel pylon.For this construction,it is the first time in our country and also rare in the world.This paper has further study on the construction control of the manufactory and offshore lifting of the large integral steel pylon,and make a detailed and close monitoring scheme which makes the perpendicularity of the steel cable tower in place meet the high accuracy requirement of the H/4000.Lately,study on cable-stayed bridge closure control when both sides of the cantilever of closure segment are under different structural system or stress.This paper researches on the accuracy closure method of cable-stayed bridge when both sides of the cantilever of closure segment are under different structural system or stress,analyses on the structural system or stress when one side cantilever has cable and the other side of the cantilever has not,both sides of the cantilever external load are different.And give a set of closure control method for the similar construction situation.At last is study on the design and removal sequence of tower-girder temporary consolidation system under the action of the ten-thousand-tons·m and not-balance bending moment.This paper provides a tower-girder temporary consolidation structure which can resist the action of the ten-thousand-tons·m and not-balance bending moment.To ensure the safety of the stress of structure in the construction process,this paper also studies on removal sequence of tower-girder temporary consolidation system.
