Since the development of the brushless DC motor,it itself has many other motor does not have the advantages,such as high efficiency,long life,low noise and motor speed-torque characteristics are better.Therefore,it has been used more and more widely in various fields such as household appliances,industrial automobiles and aerospace.With the increasing progress of industrial society,people's requirements for controlling motor performance are getting higher and higher.At present,how to tap the potential of BLDCM control to achieve higher performance requirements,the problem has become a hot topic of current scholars.PID controller has better robustness,its algorithm is simple and reliable,but most of the classical PID control theory using trial and error method to determine the relevant parameters of the controller,which in the practical application is very convenient.In this paper,the parameters of the brushless DC motor controller are determined by introducing the linear quadratic optimal control algorithm and the mathematical model of BLDCM.The method is convenient and effective.Firstly,the state feedback matrix is solved according to the control algorithm,and then the relationship between the weighted matrix function and the motor performance index is analyzed.Finally,the weighted matrix function is confirmed under the premise of satisfying the performance index.Finally,the optimal PID controller is obtained.This paper analyzes the basic structure,working principle and mathematical model of BLDCM in detail.And then use the computer to establish a separate functional module on the Matlab / Simulink platform,(Including BLDCM torque calculation module,back EMF calculation module,speed control module,current hysteresis control module,rotor position calculation module,voltage inverter module,etc.)Finally,the organic combination of functional modules,set up a BLDCM simulation model.The linear quadratic optimal control algorithm is introduced into the control system for verification.And then established a set of DSP(TMS320F2812PGFA)as the core of the BLDCM control system program.At the end of the paper,the paper gives the experimental test of the actual operation of the control system,and analyzes the experimental results.The results of the test system and the simulation show that the proposed model and the selected method are feasible and meet the requirements of the design task.At the same time,the system modeling and simulation method proposed in this paper provide a new idea for the design and debugging of the actual motor control system.
