Research On Economic Evaluation Of Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

Solar energy has become one of the fastest growing energy sources because of its clean,environmental protection and no failure.It is considered to be the most promising and most likely alternative to fossil fuels in the future.In recent years,China’s photovoltaic industry has a healthy development trend.During the "12th Five-Year" period,gratifying achievements have been achieved.The scale of PV installed capacity and power generation have shown a rapid growth trend.At present,the policy of subsidies for photovoltaic power generation projects in China decreased year by year,future price subsidy policy will be gradually reduced,enterprises are facing a drop in financial support,macro-control and the national and regional development planning.But with the increasingly progress of photovoltaic technology,the cost of enterprises is showing a downward trend.PV enterprises must strive to improve their competitiveness in the market,and promote the benign operation of China’s PV power market.Therefore,it is very important for PV enterprises to carry out feasibility analysis before the project development.Based on the construction project of a solar photovoltaic power plant in Qinghai Province,the feasibility study is carried out in this paper.It has a definite engineering background and practical value.Based on extensive reading of relevant literature,summarizes the current situation of domestic and international photovoltaic power generation applications,analyzes the photovoltaic construction of Qinghai province construction background,regional economic development and planning,summarizes the construction and development of photovoltaic power generation projects in recent years in Qinghai area.Describes the composition and construction cost of photovoltaic power plant projects,photovoltaic electricity approved.After various economic parameters of photovoltaic power plant are analyzed,including the determination of the main factors affecting economic parameters: photovoltaic electricity,power generation and power plant operating income,photovoltaic project project investment,interest rates,and thus constitute cash inflows and cash flow are given out,in Qinghai Province,a solar photovoltaic power station construction project an example,calculate the total cost,financial net present value,asset liability ratio,total profits,from the analysis of profitability,solvency,the ability to resist risks,to verify the feasibility of the project construction,provides a theoretical basis for the decision-making of the project.
