| Pumps are the indispensable and important equipment for practical production. They are widely used in many fields such as chemical industry, petroleum, mining, metallurgy and the city’s various infrastructure. The normal operation of the pump system plays a key role in the safe and efficient operation of all kinds of production, and it has a very important practical significance to carry out the fault diagnosis research of the pump.In this paper, the pump is taken as the research object, and a new case-based fault diagnosis model is constructed for the shortcomings of the traditional method. And the simulation experiment is carried out.The concrete contents are as follows:(1)Briefly introduction of the current operation and management of the pump, the basic concept and characteristics of the pump, the common fault type of the pump. And the significance of the pump fault diagnosis method is proposed based on the development trend and research status of fault diagnosis technology;(2)The attribute reduction method based on hypothesis test of logic regression is proposed through analyzing the theoretical of logical regression and hypothesis test.First, all variables are fitted into the logistic regression model by the maximum likelihood estimation method.Secondly, all variables are reduced by t test method, and the validity of the method is verified;(3)The theoretical basis of case-based reasoning is described. The knowledge representation method of rule + framework is determined by analyzing the various stages and key technologies of case-based reasoning. For the difficulty of determiningthe value of K and the not unique similar cases of case-based reasoning in the traditional retrieval method.Random break-distance connection is introduced on the basis of majority reuse to determine the most similar case;(4)The pump fault diagnosis model based on case-based reasoning is established with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 database technology and R language programming. The results show that this method can effectively and quickly diagnose the fault and provide a new diagnosis for the fault diagnosis of the pump method. |
