In recent years,the increasing of the construction waste emissions,as a direct result of a large amount of space occupied by a garbage.In terms of the country,there are more than 200 cities in surrounded by rubbish,dumps occupy the land area of more than 500 million square meters,a direct impact on the urban landscape.Will waste concrete in the construction waste,through professional processing of recycled aggregate,and then made into recycled aggregate concrete is applied to the actual construction of the subject research,and its great significance.Will waste concrete in the construction waste,through professional processing of recycled aggregate,and then made into recycled aggregate concrete is applied to the research,in the actual construction project of construction waste reuse and its great significance,properly solve the problem of a lot of place for the processing of construction waste,reduces the natural resources vigorously mining,protect the natural environment,improve the living environment,realize the construction waste recycling,can promote the sustainable development of the society as a whole.Brick part of the recycled aggregates crushing indicators have bibulous rate is big,big,low intensity,a lot of characteristics,is the most vulnerable part of the recycled aggregates,fully understand the characteristics of bricks in the research of recycled aggregate and recycled aggregates in the bricks on the properties of recycled concrete effect,in order to promote the effective use of recycled aggregates,has great economic value and social benefits.The main research content of this paper are:(1)the basic properties of recycled aggregates and grain size distribution of the research;(2)regeneration bricks(put)water absorption characteristics of coarse aggregate of research;(3)of the recycled aggregate concrete mix proportion optimization design;(4),the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete is studied.This paper adopts the artificial mixture of recycled aggregates of different composition,experimental study on the basic characteristics of the brick part of the recycled aggregate and its effect on the properties of recycled aggregate concrete.The following conclusions:(1)the increase of bricks in the recycled aggregates,apparent density and crush index of recycled aggregates,bibulous rate is all has bad influence.Considering various performance of recycled aggregates,30% of the content of the brick have less effect on the recycled aggregates;(2)using the method of density of recycled aggregate grading optimization,can effectively reduce the regeneration aggregate graded change on its physical impact;(3)the bibulous rate of recycled aggregates and a linear relationship with the content of the brick,can be calculated by measuring water absorption of recycled aggregates content of the brick;(4)by adjusting the moisture content of recycled aggregates,the balance of the moisture content of recycled bricks to advance its moisture content,can effectively reduce the regeneration of the brick influences on the properties of recycled aggregate concrete;(5)through the optimization of recycled aggregate concrete mixture ratio design,which can effectively reduce the influence of the bricks on the concrete performance of recycled aggregates,formulate the comply with the design requirements of C25 recycled aggregate concrete.
