With the rapid development of urban construction and modernization,more and more office buildings are built,and the energy consumption of buildings is increasing day by day.In office building energy consumption,according to statistics,the central air-conditioning system energy consumption accounted for more than 40%,therefore,to reduce the central air-conditioning system energy consumption is a key factor in office building energy efficiency.In this paper,the load forecasting and optimal control of a central air conditioning system for an office building in Xi'an are studied,which lays a foundation for better energy saving.First of all,the analysis of office building energy consumption characteristics and the importance of energy saving,highlights the necessity of energy-saving central air conditioning system;secondly,the factors affecting the load of the central air-conditioning system is analyzed,with the central air conditioning system of an office building in Xi'an area as the research object,the least square method to establish the central air-conditioning system load forecasting model by regression analysis,and the parameters of the model by using the adaptive weight particle swarm optimization,according to the building air conditioning load data of a room for a week to validate the model;the most,in view of the central air conditioning system of the office building in the current control method has long adjustment time and overshoot problem,variable flow central air conditioning chilled water system mathematical model is established,based on the adaptive fuzzy PID control method of chilled water system optimization Control.Through the Simulink simulation,the control effects of three control algorithms,PID,fuzzy PID and adaptive fuzzy PID,on the chilled water system are compared,and the applicability of different methods to the model is compared.The results show that the proposed air conditioning load forecasting method has good prediction accuracy,and the error is less than 5%.It can effectively predict the load of the central air conditioning system of the office building.The central air-conditioning chilled water system using adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm,through simulation,the overshoot is 4.7%,adjust the time of 87 s,the system has fast and stability,provide a basis for the optimal control of central air conditioning system of office building.
