Research On Site Selection Of Construction Industrialization Base Based On GIS

The exploration of building industrialization in our country has a history of more than ten years,building industrial transformation and upgrading of traditional construction of our country,and green sustainable development is of great significance,is also China's construction industry to get rid of the shortage of manpower,resources waste,environmental pollution and the necessity for safety accident frequency,countries in recent years built a batch of industrialization demonstration base construction,including residential development,construction installation,structural components,the department of housing and related industry chain enterprises,to promote widespread implementation foundation of building industrialization in our country.Base location is building industrialization should first solve the problem,on the regional economy,the environment,transportation,etc will be of great influence,after the completion of more related to the base can exert its maximum efficiency.Therefore,it is an important subject to study the location of the industrial base of the building in scientific method.Paper first by consulting the related literature,in combination with the present situation of the construction of industrialization development in recent years,found that most scholars will be the research direction is focused on the building industrialization development,standard system,policy support,etc.,carrier construction industrial base as the concentration of building industrialization development,plays an key role in building industrialization smoothly.Paper main content:(1)the building industry base location model is established,combined with a lot of research at home and abroad and the expert's opinion and the suggestion,follow the policy guidance,demand concentrated,convenient transportation and development,environmental protection five principles,item by item,teasing out the main factors of construction industrialization base construction;(2)using grey correlation analysis method,the main influencing factors of site selection were analyzed.(3)according to the location of the location of the main influence factors to construct the building industrialization base model,and then use the GIS space technology in thevisualization of geographical environment to achieve the primary construction industrialization base position;(4)based on the ant colony algorithm,the optimal solution for the multi-scheme is presented.At the end of the paper in a development zone construction industrialization base location as a case study,choose the best base construction site,site selection for later in other parts of the building industrialization base to provide the reference basis.
