In the summer peak electricity consumption,air conditioning power consumption greatly exacerbates the power grid load pressure,ice-storage air conditioning can use the night ice in the peak period of electricity for cooling,to achieve the "shift peak fill valley" role,which can reduce the power construction investment.But compared with the conventional air conditioning system,ice-storage air conditioning system increases the user's initial investment costs,the conventional operating strategy can not significantly reduce the ice-storage air conditioning system operating costs,besides the unreasonable choice of capacity of refrigeration unit and ice storage device in the design stage will hinder the development of optimization operation strategy.Therefore,it can save the cost of users and help to promote the use of ice-storage air conditioning system to optimize the design of the capacity of refrigeration unit and ice storage device and to develop economic and energy-saving operation strategy.In this paper,an optimal design method of ice-storage air conditioning system based on life cycle is studied,and developed economic and energy-saving operation strategy.Firstly,according to the process of ice-storage air conditioning system,the operating model of the energy consumption,operating cost and operating cycle of the internal ice melting coil ice-storage air conditioning system is established.Secondly,based on the hourly cooling load of the target building during the operation of ice-storage air conditioning in the typical meteorological year by using TRNSYS simulation,set the capacity of the refrigerating unit and the ice-storage device,and the annual operating costs of the typical meteorological year of the system are represented using the operational model,combining the initial investment cost of the system to establish the whole life cycle economic model.Using the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the system life cycle economic optimization problem can obtain the design capacity of chiller and ice-storage device.Finally,the multi-objective model of economy and energy saving of optimal design system is established,and the optimal operation parameters of the system are obtained by solving the multi-objective problem.The optimal design of ice-storage air conditioning system is carried out in Xi'an SEG international shopping center,compared with conventional air conditioning system,optimal design of the system can reduce 31.3% of the annual operating costs and reduce 22.3% of the whole life cycle costs.The multi-objective model of economic and energy saving operation of the optimal design system is established,the optimal parameters of the system operating cycle are obtained by solving the multi-objective problem;Compared with the system that is running on the target building,the operating system with optimized operating parameters can save 10.3% of operating costs and reduce the energy consumption by 15.2%.
