Composite Box-Girder Bridge of Concrete filled steel Tubular Structure with Corrugated Steel Webs As a new type of composite box girder structure is mainly composed of three parts,in cloud of the concrete roof,the corrugated steel web and the dumbbell shaped steel tube concrete.The biggest different between this new structure box girder and the traditional box girder is the concrete slab is replaced by concrete filled steel tube.This structure makes good use of the mechanical strength of concrete filled steel tubes in tension and compression,at the same time,the integrity of the structure and crack resistance are improved.For the application of this new structure.in addition,the anti-torsiinal performance of concrete-filled steel tube is also better than that ordinary reinforced concrete slab,which can give full play to its structural characteristics when it is resisted by the live load caused by automobile.it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of the structure.However,due to the limited space,this article is focused on Study on Torsion and Distortion of continuous Composite Box-Girder Bridge of Concrete filled steel Tubular Structure with Corrugated Steel Webs.The main work and arguments are listed below.First,for the box girder with corrugated steel webs in the domestic and foreign research status,practical application and its structural characteristics are summarized,providing an important reference and basis for torsional analysis of corrugated steel webs of steel concrete composite beams in the boxSecond,According to the analysis of the existing general corrugated steel webs torsion theory formula of the analogy analysis of calculation formula of torsion of the new structure,after the corresponding calculation model and finite element calculation are compared to determine the correctness of the analysis,the author thought ofmodeling.Third,The finite element analysis software MIDAS/FEA to establish finite element model were applied to symmetric load and eccentric load analysis of torsion and distortion effect,through the calculation of corrugated steel webs are normal stress of steel concrete composite box beam in different conditions of torsion and distortion,shear force and deflection amplification numerical system.Based on the analysis of these data,the law of torsion and distortion effect of this kind of new structure box girder is obtained.At the same time the results of the analysis of the new structure of box girder with the same span,similar comparative analysis of the new composite structure in torsion bearing capacity compared with the ordinary corrugated steel web box beam structure is improved by ordinary box girder with corrugated steel webs with high beam.Finally,The angle were changed to the web of the corrugated steel web plate thickness,the transverse impact section of corrugated steel web width and bending angle of the corrugated steel webs and beam height to span ratio of the five structural parameters to analyze the single structure parameters of the new structure of box beam torsion and distortion effect of the general law of the change.,finally determine the best size range.
