Selective catalytic reduction(SCR)is the most widely used technology of flue gas denitration technology, with about 90% of the market.SCR reactor internal structure design is a very important work compared to catalyst selection.Catalyst can be slectected according to the denitration efficiency and other related technologies, along with some technical and cost assessment. While the SCR reactor need to design the dimension of the locations and the size of the parts in detail, otherwise influence velocity flow field inside the reactor and ammonia concentration distribution, which will reduces the denitration efficiency and increases the operation cost. This paper, taking a 600 MW ultra-supercritical domestic project as the research object, uses fluent software to simulate SCR reactor located at the back of the boiler.Through the method of numerical calculation, the SCR reactor design solution is obtained. The guide plates are respectively set at eight different locations including every corner of flue, transition connector and inlet and oulet of the catalyst, and adopted three shapes: straight,arc,straight-arc which guarantee the uniformity of catalyst inlet flow field distribution and of ammonia concentration distribution. The denitration equipment has put into operation and the operation test results show that catalyst entrance sectional velocity distribution, ammonia concentration distribution and pressure loss of the system have reached the design value, and in other words, the actual operation results verify the numerical calculation results. At the same time, the denitration system is also reached the performance requirements.By running test, numerical simulation can be proved the accuracy and the necessity in the design of the SCR reactor, also hope to provide some reference for future project design.
