In daqing oil field distribution of a large number of distribution network,part of the power grid equipment insulation level is lower than other equipment itself,the facing problems in overvoltage protection substation equipment maintenance,equipment in a short period of time if the voltage are overvoltage will pose a threat to safety equipment.Present problems are as follows: 1,distribution network configuration for the overhead bare wires,is generally used to line the way there are some drawbacks,and prone to two circuits or single-phase grounding fault occurs between circuits,leading to frequent substation equipment failure problems;2,line ratio of cable,such as indoor switchgear quantity rising,promote the distribution network development,grounding capacitance current rising,affected by overvoltage,lines appear a large number of different accidents,including cable stops,power outages,a serious threat to the normal operation of the power supply equipment.This paper from the two aspects of arc grounding overvoltage and resonance overvoltage.Analysis of neutral point grounding,neutral point via arc suppression coil grounding directly,neutral through petersen coil parallel 4200 ? grounding resistance,the three different conditions of overvoltage and calculated,and the protective CLP scheme formulated to meet the requirements.Application of the simulation calculation and theoretical analysis in the neutral point grounding in the three states,get the main factors of daqing oilfield distribution network equipment in CLP voltage and characteristics.Final decision in different components installed in the daqing oilfield distribution network via arc suppression coil,parallel after grounding resistance and the neutral point,element for automatic cutting resistor,as the main device in the automatic tuning arc suppression coil,and controller,etc.By this way will the resistance grounding and the distribution of coil grounding combined the characteristics of two different ways,can promote the arc suppression coil compensation capacitance current and automatic recovery due to the problem of single-phase grounding,and resistor in parallel,can rise to alleviate and overvoltage suppression equipment,realize the reasonable configuration and selection of single-phase grounding device.Effectively protect the safe operation of the distribution network.
