Urban water supply network is one of the core infrastructure of the city.It's the lifeblood of the city.To a great extent,it reflects the level of urban management and the inner quality.Shanghai,as a walk in the forefront of the reform of theinternational metropolis,the existing pipeline leakage rate level is clearly not match with the city positioning.This paper aims to analyze a large number of data,to find out the main reason of leakage of water supply network in Shanghai.And through the necessity,feasibility,and economic analysis,to provide an economical and feasible solution.This paper introduces the development and current situation of leakage type,evaluation index and leakage control.This paper introduces the analysis and evaluation of Shanghai tap water pipe network leakage.Through the statistics of the distribution of a large number of pipeline leak,leakage occurred in the physical community residents,The total amount of up to more than 185 million tons / year of leakage.This proposed to set up a closed neighborhood area as an independent measurement area,using the method of traffic flow at night,using SCADA,GIS and other technologies,to conduct online 24 hour traffic monitoring.In this paper,the monitoring area selected,monitoring equipment selection,equipment installation and commissioning,arranging the data analysis,leak detection maintenance work process is optimized.Through statistics of district pipe network leakage accounted for the overall urban pipe network leakage ratio estimates;analysis of the age of pipe and the material of pipe,the relationship between the modes of water supply pipe network leakage level and district;analysis pipeline leakage in all kinds of facilities and pipe fittings.In this paper,the economic rationality of the zoning plan for the partition of the partition of the residential district is evaluated,The key water leakage control area over 2t/h traffic at night can solve 96% leakage point and 99% water leakage.This paper summarizes the DMA area at night traffic monitoring system,geographic information system(GIS),leakage inspection system,on-site maintenance system series intelligent network platform integrated the practical application effect,the relevant management experience and promotion process of working mode.This paper provide a systematic solution to the leakage by a new technology and management method.The subject is proved by experts,and has achieved remarkable results in the actual operation.The first half of 2016,Shanghai city center leak maintenance effect rose 145.14%,leakage of water reduce d 103 thousand and 700 tons/day.Through a small initial investment,it will produce continuous income,to improve the operation efficiency of the water suppl y network,save valuable energy and water resources.
