With the progress of technology and wide use of light-weight and high-strength building materials,stadium and other modern building structure are more and more prominently developing to the tendency of large span,flexible and low frequency.This is likely to lead to large vibration of the structure under crowd load,cause human body uncomfortable,and disorganize crowd because of people's psychological panic even lead to accidents.In addition,with the rich of cultural life of citizens in our country,concerts and other large entertainment show are becoming more and more popular.This not only increases the using frequency but also enrich the usage scenarios of the stadium.Therefore,the interaction between large-span stadium grandstand and the crowd gradually aroused people's attention.This dissertation takes Harbin exhibition center stadium as the research object.The affect of the crowd on dynamic characteristics of the grandstand was studied by the method of numerical simulation.Numerical model of human-induced load suitable for grandstand was established.Dynamic response and the corresponding human body comfort level were calculated.The major research contents are listed as follows:1.A finite element model of the grandstand was builded,and the first three natural frequencies and corresponding vibration mode of the grandstand was solved by block lanczos method;the first three natural frequency of the grandstand was measured by stochastic subspace method in modal test.The correctness of the finite element model was verified by comparing the error between the numerical solutions of natural frequency and the measured values.2.The human model type and parameters suitable for the grandstand were determined by comparing several typical human models,thus human-grandstand interaction model was established.The effects of crowd on dynamic characteristics to grandstand were summarized by contrasting dynamic property between human-grandstand interaction model and empty grandstands model.3.Human-induced load model and parameters suitable for finite element simulation were determined by contrasting several representative human-induced load.The program generated human-induced load was compiled by Matlab.The characteristic of human-induced load and affect of model parameter on human-induced load were concluded.4.This dissertation determined four cases that may result in great dynamic response in the grandstand: colletive rising case,human wave case,colletive jumping case and wost case.The simulation method of the four cases were determined by considering human-induced load model,the spatial distribution of human and human weight probability distribution.Dynamic response of the grandstands was solved in each case,and the comfort level was assessed by four comfort evaluation criterias.
