The quality of the urban wind environment and the ability of air selfpurification are closely related to the physical and mental health of the inhabitants.At present,the neglect of the wind environment in the urban planning area has resulted in the shortage of the compensation space utilization for providing cold air and fresh air to the city.Urban planning(i.e.,regional scales)has a lot of fresh air and cold air patches to supply is the dominant factor in determining the quality of urban wind environment,and can urban development make it effectively utilize is most fundamental and decisive factor.And now there is insufficient consideration of wind environment factors in the existing patch recognition.Based on this the paper discusses the improvement of the urban planning scale environment problems and put forward the corresponding method.This paper presents a patch recognition method based on the urban wind environment compensation space.According to the definition and classification of the compensation space,the patches are divided into cold airflow generation area and fresh air supply area.Based on the city air duct construction principle,depending on the atmospheric circulation,plants absorbing waste gas spit oxygen,the patch connection degree and green Infrastructure network constructing principle,using the MM5/Calmet wind environment simulation software for wind environment simulation,using Arc GIS geographic information system software identificating and screening of patch,using fragstats 4.2 calculating landscape pattern index.Based on the above theoretical research and data processing,this paper puts forward a set of complete patch selection method based on the action of compensation space: 1.Through the surface coverage data and urban and rural land use planning,identifying the area with compensation effect of plaque;2.According to scale size factor and the position relationship between the wind environments,screening with effective supply of patch on function space;3.According to vegetation types and the atmospheric circulation,determining fresh air generated within a certain region area patch and cold air recharge area;4.In practice,there is a need for further correction,according to the question of different emphasis in different cities face,identify the patch to classify combination of the above,generate covers different patch for problem solution,superimposed by fragstats 4.2 landscape pattern index software calculate scheme of connection degree index.In the end,the connection degree of the supreme scheme is the final patch.This paper takes Harbin as an example,and takes the main city of Harbin as the function space,to patch identification based on the role of compensation space,and finally select the patch with supply capacity.Based on its typical monsoon climate characteristics,four typical months which are representative of the four seasons of Harbin were identified by wind filed statistical data,the method of patch selection based on the above compensation space,we can find patches with supply capacity in the area.Select scheme of Harbin city planning has important reference opinions,which will make a contribution to improve the wind environment of Harbin.In this paper a new method of patch recognition is proposed to improve the urban network planning and make it more realistic to adapt to the rapid development of the city.The paper also puts forward concrete measures to improve the urban wind environment and the air quality,which promote the urban ecological environment and the quality of life and is of great significance to the sustainable development of the city.
