New energy is the focus of today's technology development,while hydrogen fuel cells are clean and efficient new energy.Many large fuel cells can be put into use,small fuel cells can be used in more areas,but small,portable fuel cell system is rare to achieve.The key to miniaturization of hydrogen fuel cells is the storage of hydrogen,which is difficult to apply to portable devices.The use of NaBH4 as a hydrogen storage material is a good choice for small systems.Based on the hydrogenation of sodium borohydride,the design of micro-hydrogen generating device and integrated fuel cell system with air self-breathing fuel cell to achieve the miniaturization of fuel cell system and expand the application of fuel cell.In this paper,the hydrolysis reaction of sodium borohydride was studied and a variety of catalysts were prepared.The reaction speed of the catalysts was tested.The effects of different loading and length Co-B / Ni foam catalysts at different flow rates and different concentrations NaBH4 solution to determine the use of phosphoric acid doped Co / ?Al2O3 and Co-B / Ni foam combination of the way as a catalyst for the reaction.The structure of the hydrogen generator is designed to effectively carry out the gas-liquid separation in the reaction,and an efficient purification device is designed,which can effectively purify the hydrogen gas for the reaction in 8 hours and use it for the fuel cell.The principle and structure of the air self-breathing fuel cell were studied,and the performance of the battery under different operating conditions was tested and analyzed.The optimum working parameters were exhaust gas period 30 s,exhaust time 0.1s,hydrogen pressure 50 kPa.The fuel consumption of fuel cells to test,to provide the basis for system integration.The design of the integrated fuel cell system,and the realization of the hydrogen generator,gas purification device and control system,the system carried out the gas generation rate test,battery output test.The final integrated system,the hydrogen generation system can be 2ml peristaltic pump into the liquid rate of stable hydrogen production 1.8L / min,the system can be 12 V output voltage 63 W output power,the system weighs about 2kg,the system energy density with the system Fuel quality increases,working hours increase and increase in the 8h working hours,the need to install 714 g fuel,the system's energy density can reach 207 Wh / kg.The system is stable and can be used as a portable battery system.
