When the power electronics technology having continuous progress,at the same time,DC / DC converter has more widely applications,from the military,communications,aerospace,to household appliances and daily necessities.But the power supply which these electrical equipment require are different,from the input voltage size and range to the rated efficiency,so that the steps like design and post-commissioning verification have to be repeated according to the above different requirements.If make these DC/DC converters become standardized modular to combination in series and parallel as a composition of a specific power supply,it can achieve the various specific requirements and save a lot of time and cost,further more,it can achieve redundancy fault tolerance.The dissertation is divided into three parts,the first part mainly introduces the current research situation in this field all over the world and some research results.Some basic principles and working conditions of power module parallel connection will be put forward.The second part introduces the existed research results on the basis of the input series output parallel power system.What's more,it put forward the optimization method of multi-power module system's parameters of the input control loop and the basis for parameter debugging.Then the hot-plug operation strategy of the multi-power module system is put forward,so that the operation reliability and stability of the whole power system are further improved.At last,the way of operation strategy which can make equipment anti-jamming,antilimited damage and effective extension of the equipment life has been proposed.The third part focuses on verify the theory of the second part,including the simulation the effect of the optimization parameter input control loop and the feasibility and reliability of the hot swap operation strategy.After that verifies the feasibility of the operation strategy,the experimental platform is set up for experimental verification,including the preparation of the program,the design of the power module and the selection of the parameters,and the design of the auxiliary circuit of the power supply system.Finally,the feasibility of the scheme is verified by the power system experiment of the three modules supply system. |
