Based on energy and environmental issues,the development and research of new green refrigerant has become an important task in the current refrigeration field.With good environmental protection performance,the new generation refrigerant R1234 yf has aroused community attention.In the paper,the thermal property and cycle performance of refrigerant R1234 yf were studied,which laid the foundation for further development of air conditioning and heat pump products of R1234 yf.According to the relevant literature at home and abroad,the empirical correlations with high accuracy of thermal properties of R1234 yf were selected.Thermal property programs of the refrigerant R1234 yf and R1234yf/POE were developed and the results of the calculation were comparatively analyzed with the refrigerant R134 a.Studies have shown that the thermal properties of refrigerant R1234 yf were similar to that of R134 a,a small amount of lubricating oil has less influence on the thermal properties of R1234 yf.On the basis of the second law of thermodynamics,the exergy analysis model of heat pump system with refrigerant R1234 yf was established and exergy analysis of each component in different conditions was calculated.Studies have shown that the main components of exergy loss in the R1234 yf system was compressor,and that of regenerator could be ignored.What's more,increasing the evaporation temperature or lower condensing temperature could reduce exergy loss at some extent,and increasing the degree of superheat or compressor isentropic efficiency could improve the exergy efficiency in the syetem.Selecting refrigerant R134 a,R32 and R1234 yf as the object of comparative research,the influence of operating parameters and regenerator on the heat pump cycle performance were analyzed.In addition,the heat pump system experimental platform with R1234 yf was built.Finally,the performance of the syetem under different conditions was tested.The experimental results show that the cooling capacity,COP0,the heating capacity and COPh of the system are all incresed with the increase of evaporation temperature and are all decresed with the increase of condensation temperature,which further verified the accuracy of theoretical analysis.
