Sulfate attack and high temperature can cause swelling and cracking of concrete and strength decrease.Studies have shown that the use of calcium aluminate cement concrete has better resistance to sulfate corrosion.Using sintered bauxite,alumina and other abrasion-resistant aggregate,that can produce high property and high abrasion-resistant concrete,but the change of cement hydration products under high temperature and the influence on the abrasion resistance of concrete is not clear.The experiment focuses on the corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of calcium aluminate cement and geopolymer cement.According to GB/T 17671-1999,this experiment need to prepare the mortar specimens,and place them in the standard curing room,80? water and 80? Na2SO4solution?5%?.The effects of types of cementitious materials,aggregate,curing environment on sulfate resistance and abrasion resistance of concrete,standard based on mass loss ratio,compressive strength,flexural strength and abrasion resistance.The reaction product and microstructure of concrete after sulfate attack were studied by using XRD and SEM.The research results show that:The physical properties of calcium aluminate cement by using Calcined Bauxite sand are generally higher than that using standard sand.The strength and abrasion resistance of concrete decreased obviously after the addition of STP.The higher the strength of the test piece,the higher abrasion resistance it has.High temperature conditions contribute to the alkali activation reaction of the geopolymer.The Sulfate resistance in high temperature of geopolymer is good.Through micro analysis,The research show that STP has no significant impact of the final hydration product of calcium aluminate cement,STP can promote the transformation of CAH(10 and C2AH8 to C3AH6 of early hydration products and the strength of concrete reduced.The high aluminum minerals in the aggregate can improve the sulfate resistance of concrete.
