As a new form of box girder,PC box girder combined with corrugated steel web can fully play the mechanical properties of various structures,and thus it is gradually popularized and applied in practical engineering.In engineering practice,the understanding of corrugated steel web is generally simplified that it bears the whole section shear,which is actually different from the practical situation.Therefore,taking the Chaoyang Bridge of Nanchang as the example,this paper studies the shear-bearing performance of its PC box girder combined with corrugated steel web,and the main contents are as below.By establishing the element model of Chaoyang Bridge and the entity unit model of main span in navigation opening,this paper compares the finite element model and the measured data of load test to obtain the reliability of calculating results from finite element model for the following analysis.Furthermore,the structural safety is verified through the calibration coefficient method.By section equivalent conversion,this paper deduces the formula for calculating the bending capacity of the box girder of corrugated steel web and the formula for calculating the shearing capacity of the box girder of corrugated steel web in the Chaoyang Bridge.Taking the Chaoyang Bridge as the example,this paper calculates the bending proportion and shearing capacity of its web,which proves that the box girder of corrugated steel web in the Chaoyang Bridge main bears the section shear.With the entity unit model of main span in navigation opening in the Chaoyang Bridge of Nanchang as the research object,this paper studies the shear stress distribution rules of its web,introduces the calculation method for web shearing proportion,and calculates and analyzes the shear proportion for the girder cross-section.Finally,it concludes that there are certain relations among the shear proportion,bending moment and shearing force of web for the Chaoyang Bridge.One model of 100 m simply supported beam is established,which takes the standard segment section form of the Chaoyang Bridge as the standard section.Four groups of comparative models are designed and the influences of section parameter design on the shear proportion are studied.Finally,the paper concludes that the thickness of top-and-bottom concrete boards,the bearing height of top-and-bottom concrete boards,the beam depth of the corrugated steel web,and the changes of web thickness all exert certain impacts on the shear proportion of the corrugated steel web.
