Since the industrial revolution, human demand for energy has been showing steady upward trend. In the future, energy demand will be even greater. However with nearly a century of mining and fossil energy consumption.The trend of depletion is gradually showed on fossil energy. On the other hand human are increasingly aware of the process of human consumption of fossil energy in the tremendous pollution and carbon emission. Countries in the world are actively engaged in the development of wind power, wind turbines, however,due to its complex structure, poor service conditions and other factors therefore tend to produce various types of failures. According to statistics founding what various types of failures in over sixty percent of the failures are due to wind power gearbox not generated, so study of gearbox fault of wind power is very necessary. Wind power gearbox test rig consists of the transmission chain drive motor, synchronous motor, torque meter, universal joint connection tooling and other parts. Flanges composition, since the entire drive train components more increased in the gearbox for good difficulty, often requires a lot of time to adjust, and the need to exclude several experiments comparing the gearbox due to vibration caused by excessive adverse fault.In this paper, the vibration signals of the bad and well-centered gearboxes are found in differ greatly by the misalignment experiments on horizontal wind turbine gearbox experimental platform and vertical experimental platform. A method of identifying bad faults in alignment of wind- driven gearbox vibration signals. The method can effectively identify the fault caused by the misalignment of the gearbox of the wind turbine, which can help to distinguish the excessive vibration of the gearbox from the test bench. Vibration over the issue, improving the efficiency of factory experiments. On the other hand, routine test can achieve after the completion of the installation of wind turbine inspection to prevent improper assembly caused by poor and then cause a chain of failure occurred.
