The blade is one of the most critical parts of aeroengine, its quality affects the safety andlife of the engine directly. Therefore, it is necessary to study a method to realize the nondestructive detection of damaged blades of engine in service. As we all know, the best way to monitor the quality of in-service engines is on situ non-destructive testing that can be performed without disassembling the engine and the engine without decomposition. This article is based on this to carry out the corresponding study, combining with the structural characteristics of the engine blades, the non-destructive testing technology of the engine damaged blades was researched to avoid safety accidents and the problems such as engine returns to the factory for high cost and long cycle detection caused by blade damage, ultimately ensure the safety and service life of the engine. In this paper, according to the actual position of the observation hole cover of endoscope on a certain aircraft engine, combined with ultrasonic, eddy current on situ detection technology features, reference to domestic and foreign on situ detection examples, determine a certain engine blades on situ ultrasonic, eddy current testing methods and scope. At the same time, ultrasonic and eddy current testing comparative sample, small-scale on situ detection probe and various special detecting tools are designed and manufactured, and by means of endoscopy to compose the on situ ultrasonic and eddy current detection system, determine a certain engine?-stage fan rotor blades, ?-stage high- pressure compressor rotor blades on situ ultrasonic testing program and?-?-stage fan rotor blades, ?-stage low pressure turbine working blades on situ eddy current testing program.Through the simulation test on the engine prototype and the actual test under the condition of the aircraft, it is shown that the on situ NDT technology can realize the quality control of an engine blade and satisfy the testing requirements of in-service engine. Especially in the break through the conventional non-destructive testing technology cannot adapt to the aircraft field environment of the traditional thinking, which not only provides a new idea for on situ nondestructive testing of aeroengine field, but also lay a solid foundation for perfecting outfield aeroengine quality monitoring system in the future.
