| In recent years,with the short of energy,energy problem is becoming a focus topic.As the proportion of building energy consumption is large in total energy consumption and the technology of independent temperature and humidity control to capillary radiant system can solve the problem of energy waste.After the capillary radiant system is introduced to a certain degree of development.The paving ways of Capillary network and its end use ground laying materials will affect the efficiency of the capillary radiant system directly,in addition,ther are too much species of ground laying materials available on the market.This paper studies the influence of ground laying materials on the capillary ends of heating,and based on the capillary paving ways effect on Thermal comfort in the room.In this studies,at first,I select the the decoration of home and building materials market as the aim of this research,and collect ground laying materials as samples.There are three main types including tile,stone and wooden floors.I use the instrument of the third-generation C-Therm TCi thermal conductivity analyzer to test the samples’ thermal properties.Achieving the testing data and using the method of Fluent simulation to establish the ground heat transfer model,and simulated the heat transfer conditions from the end of the capillary to the ground when laying samples saving cement and ordinary cement mortar were used independently.In the same water supply temperature,the higher the coefficient of thermal conductivity of ground laying materials,the stronger the heat transfer capacity,the strongest heat capacity of stone,tile,and wood floors a minimum.Based on the wooden floor,the use of ordinary cement mortar(thermal conductivity is),laying stone floor surface temperature is 8.9%~9.6 % higher than wood flooring,7.9% higher than when laying tile flooring;the use energy-saving cement mortar(thermal conductivity is),laying stone floor surface temperature 10%~11.78% higher than wood flooring,8.59% higher than when laying tile flooring.On the basis of simulation of heat transfer in capillary-ground,the Fluent is applied to simulate the room’s indoor thermal environment when using radiant floor heating,the radiant wall heating,radiant wall cooling and radiant ceiling cooling.And prepared PMV-PPD equations using Matlab,calculated PMV value of Interior,evaluated Thermal comfort of the room in different laying ways,and draw:(1)Under the same heating conditions,when radiant floor heating room is took,the average temperature is 3 ℃ higher than the radiant wall of heating,and it is easier to meet the requirements of indoor temperature radiant floor heating and it is beneficial to save energy.(2)Programming with Matlab to PMV-PPD formulas,calculate radiant floor heating room when the PMV value for-0.1~0,radiant wall heating the room when the PMV value for 0~0.3.So comparing two kinds of heating room conditions,the Thermal comfort of radiant floor heating is superior radiant wall heating.(3)When radiant cooling room capillary network model is established,under the same cooling mode,wall radiant cooling room temperatures for 27~28℃,roof radiant cooling room temperature for 25.5~30℃,and the temperature gradient is large.By contrast,more uniform room temperature distribution of radiant wall cooling.(4)Under the same cooling mode,the PMV value of radiant walls cooling between the 0~0.3,the PMV value of radiant ceiling cooling in 0.1~0.5,the radiant walls cooling could access better Thermal comfort.This paper studies specialized the influence of the ground laying materials on the capillary ends of Heat Effect,clearly the influence of laying style on indoor thermal environment.It’s significant to design in industry,construct of engineering and home selection.Capillary system has a high Thermal comfort,and can meet the requirements of energy conservation,in the context of energy shortage has good prospects for development. |
