Modern production workshop production pattern tends to flexible production,production orders for small batch and more varieties.Production process and production environment is becoming more and more complicated.There are many uncertain factors in the production workshop makes bottleneck identification more difficult in complex production process.The complex network theory is introduced into the production workshop production process in view of the production workshop the bottleneck identification problem in the process of production according to the features of the production workshop,resources flow,process constraints,the flow of information and personnel configuration characteristics,such as collecting data and extracting the key nodes,building a complex network model and implementing network mathematical description of the production workshop production process.Aiming at many disturbance factors in the production workshop production process to the production workshop production process,many disturbance factors to segment is divided based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),expert scoring method,fuzzy evaluation method and other methods of production workshop production disturbance factors in the process of analysis and evaluation,according to the history data and expert scoring method is used to build status transfer probability matrix,the method based on markov prediction key position disturbance factors and bottlenecks,disturbance factors on the key and bottleneck unit to implement the key management and monitoring.It makes full analysis of the mechanism of disturbance factors close to the workshop production practical and transmission dynamics model is established in disturbance environment,the analysis of the effect of disturbance factors on the workshop production process mechanism,establishing a disturbance environment production workshop bottleneck identification and prediction model.it builds complex network model of the production workshop network mathematicaldescription of production process according to the features of the production workshop,resources flow,process constraints,the flow of information and personnel configuration characteristics and selecting of statistical parameter definition network;Aiming at mathematical modeling of disturbance factors,it selects a single disturbance factors and building the mechanism of disturbance factors in network system,a dynamic model CML(coupling transmission image grid),designing production workshop identifying algorithm processes in the role disturbance factors.It improves the production efficiency,reducing the waste of resources,production planning,production scheduling,and enterprise management to provide a theoretical basis for the enterprises.
