Because the reverse distribution of China's energy,the formation of the southwest,North and other new energy gathering area,which is rich in wind power,photovoltaic,new energy consumptive but it is restricted by the grid and its restricting factors such as volatility,resulting in serious abandoned power DC transmission technology,because of its advantages is becoming more and more mature,a large number of DC grid appeared in the network.The "Three North" area of the abandoned wind,abandoned light has been restricting the development of new energy problem,through the development of appropriate wind,light,fire power allocation scheme,while ensuring the stability of power system can effectively improve the new energy consumptive ability.This paper focuses on the new energy consumption,basic data collection research in the domestic and foreign research on the Xinjiang area and the mainland scenery of the output load demand are compared,based on historical meteorological data with new energy output data,determine the optical output characteristics of the wind,to different wind,light,fire capacity configuration in the scheme,load output and output curve as the transmission curve,calculation,analysis of new energy utilization,waste electricity and other indicators,select the optimal scheme.In 800 kV Hami to Zhengzhou HVDC project complete power allocation optimization,results show that: the wind,light,fire power system,new energy consumptive capacity is mainly affected by the allocation ratio,power peaking capacity and new energy output with the same frequency and degree of impact load output.Considering the above scheme is not accurate enough,then the particle swarm intelligence algorithm is used to optimize the capacity allocation of the scene and the fire.Then design a hybrid dual infeed HVDC system,and verified the feasibility of the new energy consumption increase.Due to the aggregation of high load area of our country,the energy was reverse distribution,wind power consumption mainly outside the feeding,for a large number of wind farm construction a large number of abandoned wind phenomenon and HVDC grid,puts forward a kind of wind power can improve the transmission capability of hybrid dual infeed HVDC system.The system is in the traditional hot network DC transmission based on the increase of wind power island by VSC DC transmission system,put forward by the DC short-circuit capacity ratio,maximum transmission power index and traditional dual infeed system comparison,modeling in DIgSILENT software,the results show the advantages of the mixed double fed into the final analysis the transient characteristics of hybrid dual infeed and traditional dual feed disturbances based on the method,the simulation results show that the mixed double feed system can increase the transmission power of the wind farm,increasing LCC DC channel to power.Finally,according to the distribution of new energy sources,the formation of a number of regional energy base,the traditional AC grid connected capacity is small,high loss and great impact on the regional communication system.The flexible DC power transmission grid centralized way through traditional HVDC,through economic evaluation and simulation,compared the advantages and disadvantages of the system of multi infeed AC grid with multi infeed HVDC grid.Firstly,the feasibility of multi infeed HVDC system is discussed,and then the AC / DC transmission technology is compared.Then through the design of new energy multi infeed DC grid and traditional AC grid topology,configuration and system parameters in two ways,and finally through the DIgSILENT software modeling and simulation,static characteristics comparison of continuous power flow method two grid system under normal condition based on the transient characteristics of wind farm based on the comparative analysis of fault disturbance.The simulation results confirmed the multi infeed DC grid for the superiority of the new energy,a large number of regional access,this topology can stabilize the fluctuation of new energy,new energy consumption increase,reduce dependence on traditional LCC sending end DC AC power network.
