New energy is developed and energy-saving methods are sought in countries around the world,so the shortage of energy is a focus of social development nowadays.The utilization efficiency of energy is directly influenced by the performance of the heat transfer equipment,and strengthening heat transfer technology is an effective means to improve the heat transfer performance of heat transfer equipment.Heat transfer tube is an important component of heat transfer equipment,also is one of the most active research topics in the field of heat transfer,so this thesis presents a new type of highly efficient heat transfer tube--spiral four-leaf tube,at present there are few reports on the heat transfer and flow performance of spiral four-leaf tube at home and abroad.The main contents are included in the thesis :Firstly,the results of numerical simulation are compared and examined with those calculated by empirical formula.Based on the feasibility of the mathematical model and the calculation method,lots of numerical simulations were carried out on the spiral four-leaf.The resulting data are processed and analyzed,the influence of the Reynolds number Re range from 4000 to 20000,the length of the spiral lead S and the radius of curvature r on the heat transfer and flow properties of the spiral four-leaf tube are discussed,so got a series of useful conclusions.Secondly,the accuracy of the conclusion is verified by the analysis of velocity field,pressure field and temperature field.The results show that with the increase in Reynolds number,the comprehensive performance of the spiral four-leaf tube increases;when the spiral lead length S is 300 mm,the heat transfer efficiency is high and the flow resistance is small;When the radius of curvature r increases,the heat transfer performance is almost constant,but the flow performance is improved,whenthe radius of curvature r is 2.5mm,the voltage drop ?p is the smallest.The thesis has some reference value and engineering significance to heat transfer performance research of spiral four-leaf tube.Finally,the thesis explained the status of the development and the theory of 3D printing technology and analyzed the advantage of 3D printing technology in the manufacture of chemical equipment.Materials of 3D printing technology are summarized in various fields.Designed and manufactured of spiral four-leaf tube basing on 3D printing technology are discussed.
