Study On Sector Dynamic Capacity Based On Controller’s Cognitive Load

Abstract/Summary:
At present,in the study of the capacity of the sector often only pay attention to the ideal conditions of the static capacity,but in fact,sectors are affected by weather and special activities,and its capacity is constantly changing.As the main body of air traffic management,the level of cognitive load is the bottleneck of restricting the capacity of the sector.Therefore,it is very important to study the dynamic capacity of the sector from the perspective of the controller’s cognitive load.Firstly,based on the analysis of the pattern of eye movement,the quantitative index of the cognitive load of the controller is put forward.The eye movement measurement experiment was carried out by the Tobii X2-60 eye movement instrument and the radar control simulator.The method of dynamic area of interest is used to extract and analyze the eye movement data,and the basic parameters of the controller’s cognitive load are obtained.Secondly,based on the analysis of the static factors of the sector,combined with the characteristics of the aircraft offset operation and the flight along the route,the basic,conflict,handover and monitoring load intensity models are constructed from the perspective of regulatory cognitive load,and then according to the relationship between control load and capacity,the static capacity assessment model of the sector is established.Thirdly,a dynamic flight constrained region model which can describe the dynamic influence factors of the sector is constructed,and the dynamic control guided path planning is realized based on Maklink diagram and improved ant colony algorithm.The concept of control guidance load intensity is put forward,and the parameters of controller’s cognitive load under the influence of dynamic factors are measured.The model of the dynamic capacity of the sector is established by improving the static model from the airspace resistivity,the control lead time and the guidance load intensity.Finally,taking the Sanya regulatory sector as an example,the dynamic capacity of the sector is estimated and predicted at 9 times in the next 2 hours,and the feasibility of the model is verified.The algorithm is fast and the accuracy is high.In this paper,from the perspective of the controller cognitive load,taking full account of the aircraft offset operation,along the route flight characteristics and dynamic factors.Onthe basis of dynamic control guidance path planning,the concept of the guidance load intensity is put forward creatively,and the influence of dynamic factors on the sector is realized from various aspects,and the dynamic capacity assessment of the sector is realized.
