In the process of control,the controller uses electronic flight process strip to get the status of the aircraft in real time.The electronic flight process strip can record the flight control command,record key data of flight,and help controllers at any time to control coordination and the transfer of work.Chinese ATM Bureau of CAAC issued a "The application of electronic flight process strip"(Advisory Circular)notices that the electronic flight process strip system should be able to record control instructions and control process,so in the process it will produce a large number of operational data,but there is no relevant electronic process single system log research analysis.And the storage of these real log records and electronic process data provide data support for analysing the existence of abnormal behavior of the controller,on the other hand,they can provide evidence for the investigation of security incidents.In order to discover the abnormal behavior of civil aviation air traffic controller and the investigation of air traffic accident,this paper analyzes the data preprocessing,sequence pattern discovery and pattern similarity calculation.Combined with the large amount of data,complex structure,redundancy and other characteristics,on the basis of the experiment,the study of abnormal behavior of the control method is carried out.Based on the operation log of the electronic flight process strip system controlled by an international airport tower,this paper proposes an algorithm for the behavior anomaly of the controller.Firstly,the custom data preprocessing method is used to handle data,including data cleaning,control seat identification,controller time on duty match and data integration and store etal.Then the AprioriAll algorithm is used to get the state sequence pattern of five control seat from the data size,behavior sequence characteristics and ease of implementation and so on.Finally the relevant function method is used to calculate the similarity between the controller and the state sequence of the control seat,by comparing with threshold,to determine the abnormal behavior of the controller.At last,a system design of controller behavior anomaly detection is proposed based on the algorithm.
