With the rapid development of the economy and the progress of the civil aviation, more and more people are willing to travel on a plane in recent years. However, there are many huge problems during the rapid development of civil aviation.Among them, the most prominent problem is the long waiting time of the passengers in the security check, too much complaint of the passengers and the low degree of satisfaction of the passengers. Some passengers even need two hours in advance to reach the terminal to check-in before departure of the flight, which violates the concept of “efficient, fast”in the civil aviation. The airport security system performance is analyzed by article from the view of passengers.Firstly, the way of group security check based on the risk level of passengers is introduced to solve the problem of too long waiting time of passengers according to the current security system.Passengers can be divided into high-risk passengers,moderate-risk passengers and low-risk passengers according to different level of risk, and passengers with different levels of risk go through different ways of security.Secondly, the computational formulas of false alarm and false clear are listed according to the model of linear programming and queuing theory. On this basis, the probability formulas of the alarm caused by a risk level of passengers at a security checkpoint and the computational formulas of the time of security check of a risk level of passengers.Afterwards, the model is established based on the probability minimum of false alarm and the waiting time of passengers, and the MATLAB programming and queuing theory are used to solve the problems respectively. When the upper limit value of is equal to 0.00007,provided by FAA,the false alarm probability of high-risk passengers,moderate-risk passengers and low-risk passengers equal to0.00015,0.0041 and 0.0884 respectively, according to the actual data. The average false alarm probability is 0.0816.And the average stay time of the high-risk passengers,moderate-risk passengers and low-passengers are equal to 9.9462,6.1978 and 7.1582 minutes respectively, according to the queuing theory. Then, comparing with the total stay time of unclassified passengers, the time is reduced by 17.08%,which is prove that the security check based on the risk level of passengers can improve the efficiency of the security system. Finally, according to the linear programming model, the security values of security check system equal to 0.9262 and 0.9085 respectively, based on the different risk levels of passengers and unclassified passengers. The most important is that the security value is increased by 1.96%.The result is indicated that classifying passengers based on different risk levels can improve the safety performance of security check system, effectively prevent the occurrence of terrorist attacks, guarantee the safe operation of aircraft, and protect the lives and property of passengers.
