In this paper,finite element stress analysis of micro aero-engine turbine disk which is loaded different rotational force is carried on by applying Solidworks and Abaqus.Maximum safe speed of aero-engine is calculated and verificated according to the finite element analysis results.Then the graphic user interface is designed and maximum stress under condition of different speeds is calculated and displayed.Natural mode of turbine disk-blade system which is constrained by connecting hole is analyzed and the first six order inherent frequencies and modal shapes are obtained.Different degrees of Monte Carlo sampling for 3D turbine disk model random variable is conducted in PDS of Ansys and Matlab software,in which considering the randomness of material parameters and loads.The turbine disk structural reliability calculation in different working conditions is implemented according to the structure function.In the light of the sensitivity formula,random variable sensitivity to turbine disk structural reliability is calculated by operating Matlab procedure.Finally,finite element creep analysis of a micro turbojet engine turbine disk is conducted by using the strain hardening criterion,in which considering the creep time,temperature and loads.The turbine disk creep life under certain conditions is calculated with the three important parameters.After the creep life prediction,the comprehensive function of creep life,temperature and load is solved according to the function relationship between three groups of different variables.The graphical user interface for creep life prediction of the turbine disk is designed by means of the comprehensive function relation.On the graphical user interface,the turbine disk creep life under any condition can be obtained in a certain range.And it make applicability of the research method improved.Stress analysis provides a theoretical basis for aero-engine speed control,design and optimization of turbine disk.In the meantime,it provides an important reference for life prediction and reliability analysis of turbine disk and the inherent mode lays the foundation for aero-engine transient analysis,spectral analysis and dynamic analysis.Monte Carlo reliability analysis of turbine disk has a certain effect on a design,manufacturing and processing of turbine disk engine,and an important significance to improve the overall safety performance of the engine and reduce the overhaul cost.The results of study on creep life plays a guiding role in life design of turbine disk,and the accurate life prediction can improve the maintenance efficiency of the equipment,reduce maintenance cost,provide an important basis for the safety and reliability of the system.
